As part of its strategy to support the digital transition process in the Egyptian market, the African Arab Bank signed a memorandum of understanding with Zenica, the arm specialized in the digital solutions of the Zen group, with a view to enhancing opportunities for strategic cooperation and enabling enterprises to adopt state-of-the-art technology to enhance their operational efficiency and ability to achieve sustainable growth.
This partnership is a platform for the development and implementation of an integrated set of advanced digital solutions, supporting firms in developing their operational processes and enhancing their efficiency, through the use of artificial intelligence techniques, data analyses, the Internet of industrial objects (IoT) and digital infrastructure, which contribute to improving operational performance, enhancing productivity and supporting decision-making.
A single Tamer, Vice-President of the Governing Council and member of the African International Bank, stated: " Technology development today has become one of the main engines for restructuring the business environment and enhancing corporate competitiveness, where banking services are markedly shifting beyond the framework of traditional banking services, making this shift necessary to keep pace with the rapid changes in world markets, and in this spirit, the African International Bank for Action continues to scale up its technology strategy and build up an integrated customer service delivery system.
