• In the memory of Father ' s Day, the Egyptian Society for the Defence of the Rights of Men and Children in the Family Code, known as No. 7232 of 2022, remains the silent voice of justice, the balance of conscience that does not tend to court spaces, in order to win the husband ' s rights, and to reduce the age of custody, thereby reducing the high rates of divorce and dismissal.
• In the same vein, the Assembly is responsible for contributing to the amendment of certain articles of the Family Code, in the light of indications and data that the current law clearly and explicitly biases the wife at the expense of the husband in many texts, which may lead to a lack of genuine equality between the parties in the application of justice, and promotes excessively high divorce rates, most of which are dispossessed of wives.
• The Society also strives vigorously to return the old Family Code, which reduces the age of custody of divorced children to a maximum of seven years for the child, nine years for the girl child, then automatically transferring custody of the children to the father without choice, which in turn contributes to the reduction of the divorce rates, as reflected in the proceedings currently instituted by the Assembly before the Supreme Constitutional Court, with constitutional amendments No. 5 of the Family (20), to the present paragraph 1).
• The legal unit of the Assembly is also leading a historic reaction of the judicial services in family disputes that are initiated by the courts before the respected fathers of Egypt, which may contribute to the reduction of recent divorces.
• An association unit is also responsible for trying to reunite and contain any problems that may explode between the spouses.
• By the way, the Assembly congratulates all the respected fathers of Egypt, and every Egyptian man, on the anniversary of Father ' s Day, during the current month of June, and affirms, through the media adviser and leadership of Omerou Al-Kashaf, that the man and husband of Egypt are the best on the planet and the good on the earth, based on what has been said in the Holy Quran about our great Egypt, and whose men are the heroes of ancient times.
• فالأب دائمًا هو السند في الشدائد، وهو الذي يحمينا من عواصف الحياة، والقدوة، ومصدر الأمان، والحب، والحنان، والمرشد، والناصح، والصديق. وبين ذراعيه نجد الدفء الذي لا ينتهي، وهو الشخص الذي يعطي من دون تفكير، ويضحي بصحته، ومجهوده، وماله دون مقابل، وهو الوحيد الذي يحب أبناءه أكثر من نفسه، ويتمنى لهم الخير دون أنانية. ولا ننسى دوره المهم في بناء العائلة، وتأمين الحياة الكريمة لها، والتضحية من أجلها. ومهما بحثنا عن عبارات في حق الأب، فلن نستطع أن نوفيه حقه.
• وللعلم، فإنها تُعد أول جمعية للدفاع عن الرجل في مصر، برئاسة المحامي المستشار أحمد رزق مطر، والأمين العام محمد سيد، ومستشارها الإعلامي عمرو الكاشف، وباقي قياداتها.
