As the world ' s eyes go every four years towards the Green Destiny to pursue the struggle of giants on the Golden Cup, Croatian history bears witness to a unique Egyptian leadership that changed the world ' s map for almost a century. In 1934, Egypt was not only a transitory participant, but the first and only Ambassador of the Middle East and Africa in the World Forum, the hero of which is the late legend Abdul Rahman Fawzi.

For decades before the Moroccan, Cameroonian and Algerian achievements in the World Cup, the Arab Republic of Egypt was the first hiter. In the second edition of the World Cup Champion, hosted by Italy in 1934, Egypt registered with gold as the first Arab and African nation to qualify and participate in the World Cup finals.
The qualification came after the crushing of the Palestinian-elected shepherd (who was made up of British and local players at the time) came as a result of the total of 11.2 games in the apparatus, so that the Egyptian elected would qualify for the tour of the championship, which was then filled with the regime of graduation from the first floor.
Historical and immortal bilateral target.
On 27 May 1934, the Egyptian elected met with his stream counterpart (which was one of the most powerful European electors) on the Georgian Ascarily stadium in the Italian city of Naples. Historical fact is absent: Kad Abdurrahman Fawzi has historically recorded Hitrick in that game; he ran ball from the middle of the stadium, passed the defenders and the guard of the galaxy and scored a third target, but Italian rule was overruled by infiltration, which was later described by Fawzi in his diary as an unjust and deprived Egypt of historical equivalence.

البداية والوفاء:
بدأ مسيرته في نادي المصري البورسعيدي، ورغم تألقه ظل وفيًا لمدينته لفترة طويلة قبل أن ينتقل إلى نادي الزمالك (المختلط/فاروق آنذاك) ليواصل كتابة التاريخ والتتويج بالبطولات المحلية.
رائد التدريب العربي:
بعد اعتزاله اللعب، لم يبتعد عن الساحرة المستديرة، بل اتجه للتدريب وصنع تاريخًا آخر؛ حيث تولى تدريب نادي الزمالك، وكان له شرف قيادة المنتخب السعودي كأول مدرب أجنبي في تاريخ الأخضر بنهاية الخمسينيات، وساهم في وضع اللبنات الأولى للكرة السعودية.
السمات الشخصية:
عُرف عن فوزي الانضباط الشديد، والتواضع، والثقافة العالية، وكان يحظى باحترام جارف من زملائه ومنافسيه على حد سواء، وظل مرجعًا كرويًا حتى وفاته.
النهاية والإرث الخالد
في 5 ديسمبر 1988، وقبل أيام قليلة من إتمام عامه الـ79، رحل عبد الرحمن فوزي عن عالمنا، تاركًا خلفه إرثًا يعيش في ذاكرة كل مشجع عربي وإفريقي.
لم يكن عبد الرحمن فوزي مجرد لاعب سجل هدفين في مباراة كرة قدم؛ بل كان السفير الذي أثبت للعالم أن الكرة في إفريقيا والشرق الأوسط تمتلك الموهبة والشجاعة لمقارعة كبار العالم. واليوم، كلما سجل لاعب عربي أو إفريقي هدفًا في المونديال، فإنه يسير على خطى الفارس المصري الأول الذي افتتح الطريق في إيطاليا 1934.
