Architect Randall Al-Shaawi, Minister Housing The 8th and 9th phase of the home plots of Egyptians working abroad has been handed over to a number of areas and neighbourhoods in the new city of Cairo, from Tuesday, 24, 2026, until Thursday, 21/5/2026, according to the schedules.
In this context, Engineer Randa Al-Shaawi explained that plots of land and housing units of the home project were made available to the new towns of workers outside Egypt, with a view to facilitating Egypt ' s children abroad in the possession of their proper accommodation, in accordance with the requirements, and linking them to their homeland, stressing in this regard that any obstacles that might be encountered in the implementation of the home project were overcome and the periodic follow-up of the project.
Development of the New Cairo City
For his part, Engineer Ahmed Rashad, head of the New Cairo City Development Service, explained that the 8th and 9th (basic and supplementary) phases of the northern home region would be delivered on Tuesday, 24 March, 26th, in the north of the home region, on Wednesday, 25 March, 2026, in the northern region of Sunday, 29/32026, and in the northern region of the home region, on Tuesday, 23 March, 426.
The head of the new Cairo City Authority added that the 7th Century plots would be delivered in Area A: Wednesday, 8/426: in Region B: Thursday, 9/4/2026; in Area C: Sunday, 12/4/2026; in Area F: Tuesday, 14/426; in Region D: Wednesday, 15/426; and in the northern region of K: Thursday, 16/4/2026; and Friday, 20/4;
