We have never heard of a delinquent judge, a police officer or an army who found himself without a source of income, or a doctor whose hospital was suddenly closed, becoming unemployed without protection or alternative.
In theory, in a State of law, we are supposed to be subject to a single system of rights and duties, and that every citizen is protected, dignity and justice.
On the other hand, however, it is natural that some 600 journalists are unemployed for reasons beyond their control, as if it is not worth stopping or seeking a solution, and the late allowance is the only source of income for about 50% of journalists.
While all sectors of the country are getting better, journalists remain. «Black duck kids.»They're angry, like they've committed a crime against the country that requires punishment and punishment of their children.
Those who enjoy stability and physical and moral protection within family institutions have suffered billions of losses, while journalists who are honoured are stripped of injustice, destitution, exclusion and segregation, and their children are killed in silence, as if they are worthless.
They did not betray their homeland, and they did not betray it, despite all their oppression, neglect and discrimination.
They see full press institutions that are transformed into family and closed circles, where there is no room for competence or benefit, while their right to work is sometimes met with mockery, their demand for redress by exclusion and their silent relief to those responsible for the media and the press.
We wonder, where is President Abdelfattah Al-Sisi from this abhorrent scene? Where is the role of those responsible for the media and the press? Why did they not honestly convey the situation to the President? Why did you keep quiet and shut their mouths, so long as it was not about your children and your snitches who had lived to the highest office right?
The scene is governed by paralysis, electoral fixtures and conflict over positions, while thousands of journalists and their families are left to face poverty, want and unknown.
The persistence of this situation does not threaten the journalist alone, but also the stability and confidence of society in its institutions. When a human is deliberately pushed to despair and deprived of his right to work and life, the risk becomes greater than just a professional crisis or a delayed exchange.
They rescued journalists from unemployment, poverty and exclusion, before silence became an explosion, and before addressing the crisis became more difficult than preventing it.
The journalist claims his right to work, dignity, justice and security for him and his children.
