On the afternoon of Saturday, 10 April, a doctor named Mahmoud Nour al-Din Hamada was arrested on the street by an ambush prepared by Captain Marwan Osman, a collaborator of the Neil Palace Police Department.
The campaign of our fate, led by Dr. Ahmed Hussein, learned that the arrest of the doctor on the order of Chancellor Ahmad Abdel Mohsen, First Public Advocate of the Central Cairo Office, in which he decided to arrest the accused doctor, remand him in custody and refer him to the Criminal Court in Case No. 10 of 2026 of Central Cairo.
Our own fate campaign also learned that the doctor was brought to the attention of Brigadier General Mohammed Sheikh, head of the Neil Palace Police Department, who decided to detain him in the department and to introduce him to the Nail Palace on Sunday morning.
Our fate campaign reveals the circumstances of the arrest of the doctor, dating back to the year 2025, in which Wahid Osama, Director of the Nail Palace, informed the investigators of Captain Marwan Osman, Associates of the Neil Palace Researchers and Colonel Mohamed Abd al-Mumim, who managed to combat public finances at Cairo in case No. 330 of 2025 of the Managing Department of the Nile Palace.

Our fate campaign was informed by one of the sources known to the Department of Public Prosecutions on behalf of the Al-Neill Palace, that the case was referred to the Central Department of Forensic Investigation and Forgery Research to examine the authenticity of the documents. Forensic medicine at the Ministry of Justice decided not to authenticate the editors and to forgery them.
وأفاد د.أحمد حسين منسق حملة مصيرنا واحد أنه تواصل مع محمود عباس المستشار القانوني لنقابة الأطباء الذي أكد أنه منذ أكتوبر الماضي فور علمه باتهامات حول صحة شهادات الطبيب المذكور، قام بالعرض على مجلس نقابة الأطباء الذي استعلم من كلية طب الأزهر بنين عن صحة هذه الشهادات، وأضاف عباس أنه فور استلام رد كلية طب الأزهر بعدم صحة الشهادت، تم إسقاط قيد الطبيب من سجل أخصائي الجراحة وقيده بسجل ” الممارس العام “.
كما اضاف منسق حملة مصيرنا واحد، أنه بالتواصل مع عمر رأفت محامي نقابة الأطباء، أكد أن نقابة الأطباء لم لديها علم بواقعة القبض على الطبيب خارج النقابة، مضيفًا أن الطبيب حضر هذا اليوم إلى النقابة استجابة لاستدعاءه بلجنة آداب المهنة.
وكشف عمر رأفت محامي النقابة عن أنه سبق استدعاءه من قبل النيابة العامة للادلاء بشهادته في القضية المتهم بها الطبيب، مؤكدا أنه قام بتأكيد ما توصلت إليه النقابة بعد استعلامها من كلية طب الأزهر عن صحة شهادات الطبيب.
وطالب عمر رأفت كليات الطب بعدم تحصيل رسوم مالية من نقابة الأطباء عند استعلامها عن المحررات الصادرة عن هذه الكليات، موضحا أن معظم كليات الطب تحصل رسوم مبالغ فيها نظير الإستعلام ، مما يعوق نقابة الأطباء عن الإستعلام عن جميع المحررات المقدمة إليها.
