Dr. Maya Mercy, Minister of Social Solidarity, President of the Board of Directors of the Rural and Environmental Industry Support Fund, saw the signing of microenterprise financing contracts between the Rural and Environmental Industry Support Fund and four community associations and institutions, within the strategic financial system of economic empowerment.

The Engineer Margaret Sarwofim, Deputy Minister of Social Solidarity, Dr. Mohamed Al-Awaqi, Assistant Secretary of Social Solidarity, Professor Heffii, Head of Financial Coverage and Land Finance Sector, Bank of Egypt, Professor Rusha ' s successful Director of the Department of Sustainable Development, Bank of Egypt, Professor Hanni Hafez, Director of the Department of Sustainable Development, and Professor Ahmed Adel, Head of the Central Department of Finance, Bank of Egypt.

The funding contracts were signed by Professor Ange Alimani, Executive Director of the Rural and Environmental Industry Support Fund, Dr. Leila Iskender, President of the Board of Directors of the Association des Développement de l ' Education et de Développement, Professor Ahmed Hamid, President of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Charitable Foundation for Community Development in Benopoub, Professor Ashraf Farouk, Vice-President of the Board of the Bank of the Empowerment Foundation of Egypt.

Through the signing of such contracts, the Fund aims to implement financing activities and interventions that help to relieve citizens by means of microfinance, raising the environmental and living standards of target groups and supporting the State ' s development agenda to raise the economic and social level of a large number of targeted families to reach the productive community.
Following the signing of the contracts, Dr. Maya Marcy, Minister of Social Solidarity, met with representatives of the Bank of Egypt, associations and institutions.

The Minister of Social Solidarity stressed that this was part of the role of the Rural and Environmental Industry Support Fund as an executive arm of the Ministry of Social Solidarity in the area of economic empowerment, through integrated interventions aimed at supporting foster families, enhancing their production capacity and achieving sustainable income, translating the State ' s orientation towards wider protection through productive and sustainable economic empowerment.
Dr. Maya Mercy explained that the Ministry supported community associations in financing small and micro-enterprises for citizens who wished to set up projects, which prompted production.
الجدير بالذكر أن صندوق دعم الصناعات الريفية والبيئية نظم تدريبان متخصصان بالتعاون مع بنك مصر وشركة eFinance، وذلك بحضور ممثلي الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية المقبولة ضمن المرحلة الأولى من برنامج التمويل المشترك.
وجاء التدريبان في إطار حرص الصندوق على تأهيل وبناء قدرات الجهات الشريكة، بما يضمن تنفيذ برامج التمويل بكفاءة ووفقًا للضوابط والمعايير المعتمدة، وذلك في إطار تفعيل المنظومة المالية الاستراتيجية للتمكين الاقتصادي.
وقد تضمن التدريبان شرحًا تفصيليًا للنظام المالي الخاص بالصندوق، والذي يتم تنفيذه بالتعاون مع بنك مصر من خلال نظام “CorePay” ونظام تمكين الخاص بالمنظومة الماليه للتمكين الاقتصادي، حيث تم تدريب المشاركين بشكل عملي على استخدام النظام وآليات العمل والإجراءات المالية المرتبطة بتنفيذ البرنامج.
