Modern and efficient ports drive economic growth, create jobs, and connect industries to global markets. U.S. companies are excited to collaborate with Damietta to help it grow into a global logistics hub, bringing economic benefits locally and across the region.

By supporting the development of Egyptian ports, U.S. companies will expand opportunities for U.S. businesses abroad and create high-quality jobs at home. The U.S. Embassy in Cairo is proud to support the economic partnership between our two countries, which benefits Egyptians and Americans alike. Together, we build a foundation for shared prosperity, innovation and security that will endure for generations to come.
