Empowering Youth and Women: A Strategic Goal
The governor stressed the importance of attracting young cadres and enhancing the role of women in leadership positions, in line with the directives of the political leadership. This trend seeks to develop the administrative and governmental system, with a focus on injecting new blood that contributes to achieving sustainable development and achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030. This approach is an essential part of the state’s strategy to raise the level of performance in government institutions and provide better services to citizens.
Transparency in selection: criteria for evaluating applicants
Dr. Saber pointed out that the committee examined the papers of 36 applicants and the interviews were conducted in a transparent manner. The applicants’ views on their proposals for developing the work environment were discussed, in addition to assessing communication skills and personality traits. Their ability to solve problems, manage crises, and speed decision-making were also measured, which are vital to the success of these positions.
Ultimately, this apparent effort seeks to shape a better future for Egypt, where change meets professionalism, resulting in a more engaged and effective society.
