الإعلام الرياضي هو الآخر جزء أساسي من المشكلة؛ فالفضائيات تحولت إلى ساحات صراخ، وتحريض، ونشر شائعات، وشخصنة، وتشويه للرياضيين، بينما اختفى التحليل العلمي والنقد الفني الرشيد والخبرة الحقيقية! فالإصلاح يبدأ بإبعاد العناصر التي جعلت الفوضى منهجًا، وفتح المجال أمام إعلاميين مؤهلين يحترمون عقل المتلقي ويقدمون منهج ومعرفة لا ضجيجًا.
أما اتحاد الكرة ورابطة الأندية فهما مثال صارخ على الفشل الإداري المعتمد على علاقات ودوائر مصالح، لا على كفاءة وقدرة وخبرة؛ وتغيير هذه الوجوه ضرورة قبل أن تتحول اللعبة إلى عبء اجتماعي يجب الهروب منه؛ فالتدوير لا يصنع نهضة، والوجوه المستهلكة لا يمكنها أن تقود مستقبلًا مختلفًا.
التجارب الناجحة أمامنا، والتجربة المغربية نموذج ملهم لما يمكن أن تفعله دولة عندما تقرر أن الرياضة مشروع قومي؛ فالمغرب بنت أكاديمية محمد السادس باعتبارها مصنعًا وطنيًا للاعبين؛ واعتمدت على مدربين عالميين، وفرضت نظامًا تدريبيًا موحدًا، وضخت استثمارات ضخمة في البنية التحتية، واهتمت بالجانب الذهني والبدني للاعبين، لتنتج في النهاية جيلًا غيّر صورة القارة في كأس العالم وأصبح قوة حقيقية في كل مستويات اللعبة.
ما تحتاجه مصر ليس معجزة، بل قرار واضح بإعادة بناء المنظومة من أساسها، والاعتماد على الكفاءة وحدها، وإغلاق أبواب المجاملات والمحسوبية، وحماية المواهب، ومواجهة الفساد الرياضي بكل أشكاله.. فمصر تمتلك تاريخًا كرويًا عظيمًا، وجماهير عريقة، وكنزًا من المواهب، لكنها تحتاج إلى إدارة تليق بهذا الإرث، وتستطيع أن تصنع مستقبلًا أفضل.. كرة القدم ليست لهوًا شعبيًا، بل صناعة ضخمة، وقوة ناعمة، وواجهة حضارية، ومصدر فخر وطني.. وعندما تعود مصر إلى الطريق الصحيح، ستعود الكرة المصرية كما كانت دائمًا: «في المقدمة».. حفظ الله مصر أرضًا وشعبًا وجيشًا وقيادة.
