Who is Abdul Ghaffar?
He was born on October 10, 1938.
He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cairo in 1962, then completed his studies in Germany, where he obtained a diploma from the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich (1973) and a master's degree in art history and Egyptology from Ludwig Maximilian University (1983).
He was Professor of Ancient Egyptian Art History at the University of Munich and one of the founders of the Department of Art History at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cairo.
– He was distinguished by his various works of art (screen, zinc printing, wood, tewgrafi) and included his name in the Encyclopedia of Bavarian Artists and the Encyclopedia of Famous Egyptian Figures.
