The Egyptian exchange announced three disclosure models in accordance with the provisions of article 29 of the Securities Limitation and Writing Rules, which included changes in the ownership ratios of shareholders of the Amer Holding Group, the ADB for Investment and Development, and the DGTZ, following the procurement and sale of their shares.

The disclosure model for the Omer Holding Group showed that the investor was purchased by Mohamed Ashraf Omar, 11.375 million shares of the company, from 4.990% before the transaction was implemented to 6.250% thereafter.

The disclosure indicated that there were no procurement-related groups, either in accordance with the rules of entry or the Capital Market Act, while the average purchase price was Pound3.4019 for the stock, the total value of the transaction was about Pound38.7 million, and the operation was implemented through the Bilton Stock Exchange Company.

In another disclosure, BAID-Budder Investment and Development disclosed that the investor had purchased Aladdin Ahmed Fatah Faraht, 5.249 million shares of the company, and according to the disclosure, the investor ' s ownership rate had risen from 100 per cent before the transaction was implemented to 22.8 per cent thereafter, while the model indicated that there were no shareholder groups in accordance with the entry rules or the Capital Market Act.

The average purchase price was Pound1.745 per share, while the total value of the transaction recorded approximately Pound9.2 million, and the operation was implemented through an AWL company.

In contrast, the DGTZ disclosure model showed the sale of the shareholder, Allah Mohamed, 521.523 thousand shares of the company ' s shares.

The implementation of the transaction reduced its ownership ratio from 10.462 per cent before implementation to 9.979 per cent thereafter, while two shareholder groups, Mohammad Juma Mohammed Mohamed, were declared to be 0.113% owned by Al-Dadiah Mohammad al-Jamat, to 0.543 per cent in accordance with the rules of entry and the Capital Market Act.

The average sale price was Pound2.63 for the share, while the total value of the transaction was about Pound1.39 million, and the operation was implemented through the Securities Colloquium Company.

These disclosures come within the framework of the commitment of restricted companies, major contributors, board members, workers and parties associated with post-implementation disclosure, in accordance with article 29 of the Rules of Registration, which strengthens the levels of transparency and disclosure in the Egyptian stock market and allows investors to follow up on changes in the ownership structures of restricted companies.
