Dr. Mahmoud Osman, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, stressed that Egyptian relations are historical, entrenched and extended and have seen flares of solidarity and constructive cooperation in all areas, a model of strategic partnership. During the current decade, there has been an unprecedented qualitative shift, formulated by the joint vision of leadership in the two countries, based on mutual respect for national sovereignty, common interests and support for the aspirations of the Egyptian and Russian peoples, noting the growing prospects for inclusive cooperation.
During his participation by a deputy from the Government in the celebration of the Russian Embassy in Cairo on the occasion of the Russian National Day, Dr. Asmat added that the common aspirations of Egypt and Russia were not halting and cooperation between the two States encompassed all areas, in industry, transport, tourism, education, trade and other trade, and, with full confidence, that privileged and extended relations would continue to be maintained and continued to realize the aspirations and aspirations of the peoples.
