Engineer Randaa Al-Shaawi, Minister of Housing, Facilities and Urban Communities, Dr. Mohamed Abdalgni, Captain of Engineers, was received at the Ministry ' s headquarters in the new capital, accompanied by a number of members of the Bureau of the Union, namely, Engineer Reza Al-Shafi, the trade union ' s agent, Professor Mustafa Abu Zeid, the trade union agent, and Professor Dr.
At the outset of the meeting, Engineer Randall Al-Sawi stressed the important role played by the Engineers ' Union as a national institution supporting development efforts, noting that the current phase required the integration of efforts among the various stakeholders, particularly in the light of the size of State projects in the areas of housing, utilities, infrastructure and physical development.
The Minister of Housing explained that the Ministry was keen to cooperate with the Union of Engineers and the Union ' s engineering and consulting expertise, keeping pace with the latest global systems and techniques, and contributing to the development of capable project managers.
During the meeting, a number of joint cooperation files, particularly professional and service, were reviewed.
For his part, Dr. Mohamed Abdalgni expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Ministry of Housing to implement national projects, emphasizing the Union ' s concern to cooperate with the Ministry in various technical and engineering files and to support the State ' s efforts to achieve sustainable development.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the two sides confirmed the continued coordination and cooperation during the next phase, contributing to the upgrading of engineering services and supporting the comprehensive development efforts of the Egyptian State.
