Declare. Central Bank of EgyptThrough its official website, it has issued sovereign instruments with a fixed return for three years, worth £4 billion.
The Central Bank indicated that the deadline for submission was Monday, 20 April 2026.
Sovereign instruments are issued on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, with fixed-income instruments due on 10 March 2029 as a half-year periodicity.

Sovereign instruments are financing instruments that are compatible with the provisions of Islamic law and are used by the State to finance its various projects and represent an alternative to traditional instruments such as bonds and contribute to diversifying sources of financing and reducing the cost of borrowing while providing a fixed level of return and stability in investor cash flows.
