Dr. Naji Salam, Chairman of the Committee supervising the veterinary refurbishment elections of the Union of Veterinary Doctors, confirmed that all electoral commissions at the republic level had begun to receive voters at 10 a.m.
In a statement, Dr. Naji Salam explained that the voting process was proceeding smoothly without any impediments, stressing that the Committee had not yet received any complaints from members of the General Assembly in any governorate of the Republic.
The Chairman of the Committee added that all organizational measures had been taken to facilitate the voting process, through the development of guidance boards for each committee showing the registration numbers and how to vote, as well as the allocation of a questioning committee to assist doctors in the knowledge of their electoral commissions and their numbers on the sheets as soon as they arrived.
Dr. Naji Salam described the electoral atmosphere as an " electoral wedding " , commending the doctors ' interest in participating and casting their votes to select their representatives to the General Union and the Qana sub-union, in the elections that last until 6 p.m. today.
