Us. We live in a world governed by numbers and decisions, a world where wealth and poverty are born, dreams come true or evaporate. But how many of us really understand the hidden rules that govern this world? How many of us realize that everything around us is the product of economic laws? Over the past year, the United States has raised its import tariffs on an unprecedented scale, with far-reaching negative effects. Global EconomyThe World Trade Organization has confirmed the increase in the average US tariff on imports to about 19% after it did not exceed 3% at the beginning of 2025, this transformation unfortunately came from its countries as long as it was referred to as a key pillar in supporting free trade based on respect for international rules and laws. Egypt has been quick to adapt to this new reality by concluding many agreements with global economic powers, and entering into international strategic partnerships, to reduce the impression of the decline of the rule of international trade law, which has gradually been replaced by the law of the jungle based on the balances of power led by the United States of America.
But... In this article, we should emphasize that developing countries have succeeded in rallying around the goal of establishing a new international economic order, but they have not succeeded in pushing the North to respond to these demands and goals. There has been increasing talk of the need for collective self-reliance by working to accelerate development in the countries of the South and to strengthen the negotiating ability against the North in order to establish this new economic system.

International trend
Good. We emphasize that the current international trend has not changed the reality of the growing wealth of the North and the worsening poverty of the South, but it is expected that the gap between the two groups is likely to increase over the next few decades, and remain on the unfair equation that: The wealth of the North is achieved at the expense of the South. This makes us aware that our modern world is dotted, dotted, and armed. Advanced capitalism in its core centers (North America, Europe, and Japan) is living its fourth revolution, i.e. living a technology based on human reason and microelectronics.
Brain drain.
What? يفاقم من حجم المشكلة ما يسمى بـ«هجرة الأدمغة» من تلك الدول النامية بإتجاه الدول المتطورة, الأمر الذي يفقد هذه الدول النامية جزءا أساسيا من كادرها العلمي والفني، المناط به لعب دور الرافعة في عملية النهوض. وطبقا للتقارير الدولية أنه خلال عشرة أعوام فقط غادر الدول النامية 230 ألف أخصائي ماهر إلى الولايات المتحدة وكندا وبريطانيا للعمل في مختلف مراكز الأبحاث. وبلغة الإقتصاد تكون الدول النامية قد خسرت ما يوازي 50 مليار دولار .
تصور شكل النظام الدولي
وهذه الأمور تجعل من الصعب تصور شكل النظام الدولي وذلك بالنظر إلى حجم التغيرات التي تحدث في العالم، وسرعة هذه التغيرات، وهو ما جعل مصر بقيادتها السياسية تطرح عناصر التغيير السياسي الجديد، الأمر الذي يعني، أولا أن الإحترام والإعتماد المتبادل هو القانون الأساسي للعلاقات الدولية. ثانياً ان التناقض بين الرأسمالية والإشتراكية لم يعد هو التناقض الرئيسي في النظام الدولي، وإنما توارى لصالح التناقض الأهم وهو المتعلق بإستمرار البشرية.وهو ما جعل دستور 2014 يركز فى مادته رقم 27 على دور الدولة والنظام الاقتصادي فى تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية والتنمية المستدامة بعيدا عن أى نظام اقتصادي بعينه. ثالثاً نزع الصفة الإيديولوجية عن العلاقات الدولية، على اعتبار أن المبدأ الذي يحكم حل النزاعات الدولية هو توازن المصالح وليس توازن القوى.
والانتقال من المبدأ إلى المصلحة ، اى التحول من الدفاع عن عقيدة إلى التفاوض حول احتياجات ومصالح ملموسة، مع البحث عن حلول وسط تجمع بين وجهات النظر المختلفة بدلًا من التقسيم،مع إيجاد حلول عملية وفعالة للمشاكل، حتى لو كانت تتطلب تنازلات عن مواقف أيديولوجية صارمة.وبالتالى برهنت مصر خطأ قول: إذا أردت السلام عليك أن تحضر للحرب. وأن الصواب هو أنه : إذا أردت السلام عليك أن تحضر للسلام.
