وأوضح الوزير أن العامل المصري أثبت كفاءته وانضباطه في مختلف مواقع العمل، مؤكداً استمرار الوزارة في تنفيذ برامج التدريب والتأهيل لرفع المهارات بما يتواكب مع متطلبات سوق العمل الحديثة، كما أشاد بالدور الاستراتيجي لمجموعة النساجون الشرقيون في توفير فرص العمل ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني، موضحاً أن الاستثمار في العنصر البشري هو الركيزة الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ووجه تحية تقدير للمكرمين مؤكداً أن وراء كل إنجاز على أرض مصر عاملاً مخلصاً يسهم في بناء وطنه.
التكريم تجسيد لثقافة الوفاء والتقدير لأصحاب العطاء
من جانبه، أعرب المهندس حازم الأشموني، محافظ الشرقية، عن سعادته بالمشاركة في هذه الاحتفالية التي تجسد ثقافة الوفاء، مؤكداً أن تكريم العاملين المخلصين يمثل رسالة بالغة الأهمية لتعزيز قيم الولاء وتحفيز الأجيال الجديدة على بذل المزيد من الجهد.
وأشار المحافظ إلى أن محافظة الشرقية تضم قلاعاً استثمارية رائدة تمثل إضافة قوية للاقتصاد القومي، مشدداً على حرص المحافظة على تقديم الدعم الكامل للمستثمرين وتذليل العقبات أمام المشروعات الصناعية لتوفير فرص العمل وتحقيق النماء، كما وجه الشكر لإدارة مجموعة النساجون الشرقيون على تنظيم هذا الحدث الذي يسهم في خلق بيئة عمل إيجابية ومحفزة.
عمالنا أساس التنمية وصروحنا نتاج صبر وإنجاز
وفي كلمتها، أعربت ياسمين خميس، رئيس مجموعة النساجون الشرقيون، عن تقديرها لوزير العمل ومحافظ الشرقية والحضور على دعمهم للعمال، مؤكدة أن النجاحات التي حققتها المجموعة طوال السنوات الماضية جاءت بفضل تكامل جهود أبنائها باعتبارهم الركيزة الأساسية في مسيرة الإنتاج، كما أشادت بالتسهيلات والمساندة الحقيقية التي تقدمها الدولة للأجهزة الاستثمارية والصناعية.
وأضافت ياسمين خميس أن قضاء ثلاثين عاماً أو أكثر في العمل يمثل مسيرة عظيمة مليئة بالحماس والإصرار وناجحة بكل المقاييس، مشيرة إلى أن المجموعة تعتاد سنوياً تكريم المتفوقين من أبناء العاملين، لكنها اليوم تكرم الأصل والأساس وهم العمال أنفسهم، وأكدت أن صروح النساجون الشرقيون العملاقة لم تكن وليدة الصدفة، بل جاءت نتيجة عمل وصبر قاده المؤسس الراحل ورائد الصناعة الأستاذ محمد فريد خميس حتى وصلت المجموعة إلى الريادة العالمية.
العمل والاجتهاد هما السبيل الوحيد للتقدم
وتحدث خلال الاحتفالية محمد سعفان، وزير العمل الأسبق ورئيس لجنة القوى العاملة بمجلس النواب، مؤكداً على القيمة الرفيعة للعمل ومكانة العامل المصري في بناء الأوطان.
واستعاد سعفان في كلمته علاقة الود والاحترام التي جمعته بالرائد المؤسس الراحل محمد فريد خميس، مستشهداً بكلماته وتوجيهاته الدائمة للعمال وطلاب الجامعة البريطانية وأكاديمية الشروق، والتي كان يؤكد فيها دائماً أن المزيد من العمل والاجتهاد هما السبيل الوحيد والآمن لتحقيق النجاح والتقدم والرفعة.
