The United States of America has embraced the process of educational and academic partnership with Egypt, emphasizing that the programmes of scientific exchange between the two countries have for decades formed strong bridges to promote cultural communication and human innovation, during the events of the Regional Conference of Extreme Volbright graduates hosted by the Egyptian capital Cairo.
In his opening speech to the Conference, the United States Chargé d ' affaires of Cairo, Robin Hartunyan, stressed the depth of these relations, noting that the illustrative Egyptian models, including the late Nobel Laureate, Dr. Ahmed Zweil, represented the ultimate expression of success and the fruitful partnership between Cairo and Washington; he began to study in America and build solid scientific partnerships, with the ultimate scientific envoy of the United States in the new Middle East.

This year, the Regional Conference coincides with the United States celebrations of the 250th anniversary of its independence, an event described by Carrie Grieves, responsible for the Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department of State, to reflect on the values of the leadership of the United States and the service of society.
The event also coincides with the eighty-year Global Foulbright programme, which has for eight decades succeeded in building reliable international relations networks to promote peace, economic growth and security, with about 450,000 graduates around the world, including 46 heads of State, Government and 63 worlds with the Nobel Prize, making a real difference in various areas, starting with the disintegration of United States DNA documents in order to transmit paper to them.

Under an address. «Freedom 250: Education, innovation and entrepreneurial leadership in the age of artificial intelligence»The discussions of the Regional Conference focused on how to shape the future of education, business and health care under the current technological boom, while ensuring that those tools are used to open practical prospects for students, families and communities in the region.
واستعرض المؤتمر نماذج ملهمة لشركاء ومبتكرين مصريين وعرب يوظفون التكنولوجيا لخدمة الواقع، من بينهم رائد الأعمال المصري الأمريكي رامي أديب الذي يطوع الذكاء الاصطناعي لحل المشكلات الواقعية، وموريس نسيم الذي ينقل براءات اختراعه من قطاع النفط والغاز إلى مجالات الطب والفضاء والآثار.
وعلى الصعيد الأكاديمي، برزت مشاركة الدكتورة رشا سليمان من مصر، والتي تقود أبحاثاً رائدة لتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في علم الآثار مع الالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية والمجتمعية، إلى جانب الباحث إبراهيم رحال من المغرب، الذي يعمل على استخدام البيانات الضخمة لسوق العمل لتطوير المناهج الجامعية بما يتوافق مع الوظائف الفعلية المتاحة للشباب.
وفي ختام المؤتمر، شدد الجانب الأمريكي على أن الشراكة مع مصر والمنطقة لا تقف عند حدود تبادل الأفكار النظرية، بل ترتكز على إيجاد حلول عملية مبتكرة لمواجهة التحديات المشتركة والعبور نحو مستقبل واعد تسهم فيه التكنولوجيا في تمكين المجتمعات.
