The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology aims to reach some 270 government services available on the platform by the end of 2026, with a focus on providing digital services with direct impact on citizens in cooperation with various State actors to enhance citizens ' easy access to services electronically without the need to go to government headquarters.
In support of digital transformation efforts, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology continues its efforts to expand the availability of digital government services and streamline access procedures across the digital platform of Egypt
In this context, 2026 there are an addition of some 50 new government services to Egypt ' s digital platform, within the framework of the State ' s plan to expand the digitization of government services and the facilitation of citizens, thereby contributing to time and effort on citizens and supporting digital transformation efforts.
Digital exclusive services, which are limited to electronic means, are also being expanded without other traditional methods. 73 digital services are available exclusively on the Egyptian digital platform and other digital channels to enable citizens to complete their transactions through the platform or other digital channels without the need to move between different actors, thus contributing to the consolidation of the participatory Government ' s approach and linking and exchanging data between different ministries and institutions.
These include the services of the Public Prosecutor ' s Office, the Office of the High Commissioner for Traffic, Civil Status, Documentation, Courts, Commercial Registry, Finance, Housing and other services.
