The Department of Aswan witnessed the closing of the specialized training camp for nursery facilities carried out by the National Programme for the Conservation of the Egyptian Family, Mudda, Ministry of Social Solidarity, as part of the activities of the Mudah Initiative. Over the course of its working days, the training camp has aimed at training 120 local coordinators from social departments and nurseries who have undergone network training to improve the quality of care for children, through the transfer of experiences and the application of Japanese best practices in early childhood development, as part of the efforts of the Ministry of Social Solidarity to support the early childhood system and improve the efficiency of nurseries and thereby contribute to a safe and enabling environment for children ' s development.

The training camp included a number of interlocutors linked to the promotion of positive education concepts and the consolidation of practices supporting child development within the different environments surrounding it, the foundations of positive education, the stages of child development and characteristics of the age-to-six years, the rights and identity of the child, effective communication mechanisms with children ' s families, as well as the identification of individual differences between children and how to deal with them within the custody environment.

The training also included specialized topics on abuses against children and mechanisms for dealing with them, early childhood nutrition and public health, and skills for dealing with different patterns of children, as well as concepts of safe interception, child protection policies and safe Internet use.

ويأتي التدريب ضمن أنشطة مبادرة “مودة.. تربية.. مشاركة” التي تستهدف دعم الأسرة المصرية وتعزيز ممارسات التربية الإيجابية من خلال بناء قدرات الوالدين ومقدمي الرعاية والعاملين بقطاع الطفولة المبكرة، بما يسهم في توفير بيئة داعمة لنمو الأطفال وتعزيز جودة الرعاية والتنشئة خلال السنوات الأولى من العمر، وإعداد أجيال أكثر وعيًا وقدرة على المشاركة الإيجابية
