Shahinaz Abdul Karim writes: awareness and control, first line of defense against rumours and economic wars.

Dr. Shahinaz Abdul Karim during Laif, from her page Shahy karim. @Facebook, stressed that Egypt was facing multiple challenges that required concerted efforts by all State institutions, stressing the importance of promoting transparency, oversight and raising community awareness in order to confront the rumours and economic wars against the Egyptian State and its national products.
She called on Abdul Karim to open the Ministry of Health ' s laboratories to public opinion and strengthen its role in providing accurate information to citizens, thus contributing to the consolidation of trust and addressing the rumours spread through social media and certain unreliable platforms.
It also called for a review of the plans of the Ministry of Agriculture and a more active role in farm follow-up and support for farmers and educators, as one of the most important pillars of food security and economic development, stressing that the Egyptian agricultural sector has achieved significant achievements in recent years.
It stressed the need to re-evaluate the Egyptian maquila system and develop market control mechanisms, as well as to activate control over food and food products to ensure the highest quality and safety levels, thereby enhancing citizen confidence in national products.
She cautioned against the new economic wars against educators, farmers and committed Egyptian companies, stressing that there were attempts to overcome the successes of Egyptian products in domestic and foreign markets, despite the growth rates of agricultural exports and food industries that had contributed to the strengthening of the national economy and to compensate part of the challenges resulting from the decline in the proceeds of the Suez channel due to current regional conditions.
Egypt ' s products and Egyptian citizens were subjected to systematic campaigns within the so-called fourth and fifth-generation wars, which depended on the dissemination of misinformation and doubtful achievements in order to influence morale and internal stability.
Abdelkarem stressed that political leadership and the Government attached great importance to the health of citizens, citing the great success of the Egyptian State in eliminating the C virus, which was a global model in meeting health challenges and improving the quality of life of citizens.
She concluded by emphasizing that preserving the morale of the Egyptian citizen, especially the new generations, was a key pillar in supporting nationalism and consolidating stability, noting that building awareness and enhancing confidence between the citizen and State institutions remained one of the most important factors for success in meeting current and future challenges.
