Abdul Halim Allam, President of the Arab Lawyers Union, received a delegation from the Faculty of Law at Assiut University, which included Dr. Doib Hassan Saber, Dean of the College, Dr. Rajab Mohammed Al-Sayed, Vice-Dean for Education and Students Affairs, Dr. Muammar Retib, Vice-Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and a number of members of the supporting body, as well as a group of students.
At the beginning of the meeting, the President of the Bar Association welcomed the delegation, expressing his happiness with the visit, saying: «We are pleased with the students of the Faculty of Law of which we consider ourselves a part, and Assiut University of the prestigious universities»- Yeah.
He explained that the visit is a distinguished event in the history of the union, stressing its keenness to communicate with academic institutions and students, and the union's keenness to support students and develop legal training.
Advice for Students
The President of the Bar Association gave a set of advice to students on their future careers, stressing the need to provide science and culture, keep pace with the digital transformation and the great development of litigation procedures, as well as taking advantage of artificial intelligence and harnessing it to serve the lawyer.
He also praised the role of the Faculty of Law at Assiut University and its leaders in upgrading the student's practical and theoretical level through field tours and various visits.
For his part, Dr. Doib Saber, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Assiut University, thanked the President of the Bar Association, saying: "We see before us an integrated captain with a clear effort in the development of the syndicate and the legal profession."
The students expressed their happiness with the visit of the Bar Association, thanking the captain for the good reception and the capacity of his chest to respond to their inquiries, and appreciating the role of the college in organizing such visits that enrich their practical side.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides exchanged shields; where the President of the Bar Association gave the shield of the Syndicate to Dr. Doib Saber, while the Dean of the College presented the shield of the Faculty of Law in recognition of the efforts of the captain in the service of lawyers and the message of law.
The meeting was attended by Mohammed Al-Kassar, Vice-Chancellor of the Syndicate, Abdul Majid Haroon, Treasurer, Dr. Abubakar Dawa, Assistant Secretary-General, Mohsen Lotfi, Assistant Treasurer, Mohammed Karkab, Member of the General Syndicate Council, Mr. Jaber, Member of the General Syndicate Council and Ibrahim Fouad, Member of the General Syndicate Council.
