
The eastern desert road, specifically in the center of Samalut, witnessed a tragic accident yesterday evening, in which a bus was hit by a transport vehicle, resulting in a number of casualties and injuries to several people. The tragic accident resulted in the death of eight people, while 14 others suffered varying injuries. Among the injured, the name of Ibrahim Ali, a former football player at Ismaili Club, appears, who was severely injured in his left arm.
Details of the painful accident
Security reports said that the Interior Ministry in Minya received a report of a traffic accident, where a bus collided with a truck. The victims were from different families, mostly from Ismailia governorate. Among the deceased were Yassin Karim (12 years old), Noura Karim (9 years old) and Afaf Yassin (41 years old), in addition to Farouk Fathi (52 years old). Efforts to identify one victim continue.
Multiple injuries in the accident

Among them, Farouk al-Sayed (driver, 33 years old), Mohamed Saleh (31 years old) and seven others, all of whom have been taken to hospital for treatment.
