The communication, which bears the number 3540 for the year 2025, said that the incident occurred while the engineer was on the beach, where she noticed the presence of Essam al-Udadi's wife holding a huge dog from a breed described as "vicious", while she was busy making a phone call.
The minutes, edited by the lawyer Ahmed al-Mukhtar, stated that the dog suddenly managed to escape the hand of the urban wife without paying attention, prompting the engineer to try to warn her of the danger of leaving the dog uncontrollable, but the latter did not respond, so the dog suddenly attacked her and her body.

The victim explained in her statement that she suffered injuries to her hand and other areas, pointing out that the urban entered to try to control the dog and pull it away from her after the attack, and then she was taken to the hospital to receive the necessary aids, including injections with rabies vaccine and treatment of wounds resulting from barrenness.
The engineer confirmed that after the stability of her health condition, she went to the El Alamein Police Department, where she wrote an official report accusing the urban and his wife of negligence that led to the incident, demanding to take the necessary legal action.
For its part, the Public Prosecution launched investigations into the incident based on the report submitted and the attached medical documents, while the competent authorities complete the review of technical details and medical reports to follow up the developments of the situation and legal procedures.
