Dr. Maya Marcy, Minister of Social Solidarity, and Mr. Mohamed Abdellatif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, signed a cooperation protocol on the organization of work for the operation of nurseries for children under the prescribed age of attending special and international schools under the Ministry of Education and Technical Education.
The aim of the Protocol is to achieve full cooperation and coordination between the two ministries in order to establish the necessary rules and regulations for the regulation of licensing and the operation of child-care rooms under the prescribed age of attending special and international schools under the Ministry of Education and Technical Education.
Within this framework, the Protocol provides for cooperation and coordination between the two ministries in the preparation of regulated controls for the issuance, follow-up, supervision and adoption of operating licences for such nurseries in private and international schools.
The Protocol also includes the establishment of databases and information on crèches, whether previously licensed and operated or to be operated after private and international schools, in order to ensure the necessary supervision and follow-up of such nurseries, and the formation of a joint coordinating committee of representatives of the Ministries to overcome any obstacles to the implementation of the Protocol ' s procedures.
Dr. Maya Mercy, Minister of Social Solidarity, expressed appreciation for the cooperation and coordination between the Ministries of Social Solidarity, Education and Technical Education, noting that, according to the Cooperation Protocol, the Ministry would provide data and technical support to the Ministry of Education for the operation of preschools in private and international schools under the Ministry of Education in order to standardize labour controls.
For his part, Mr. Mohamed Abdellatif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, stressed the Ministry ' s concern to provide all cooperation to the Ministry of Social Solidarity in order to consolidate labour controls, as well as to initiate the procedure for issuing licences and operating nursery rooms for private and international schools.
The signing of the Engineer Protocol was attended by the Deputy Minister of Social Solidarity, Dr. Ahmed Dahir, Deputy Minister of Education, Professor Ayman Abdelouf, Permanent Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, Professor Rend Fars, Adviser to the Minister of Social Solidarity for Family, Women and Children ' s Health and Development, and the Chancellor of the Legal Adviser to the Minister of Education, Professor Hisham Mohamed, Office of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Women, and Professor Omar Hassani.
