Dr. Abdalalem Flam, Captain of the Bar Association, President of the Arab Bar Association, Ahmed Kajuk, Minister of Finance, met to examine and solve the tax problems facing lawyers, to seek practical and expeditious solutions to them, to activate the work of the committee formed between the Bar Association, the Ministry of Finance and the Tax Service.
During the meeting, the lawyer ' s captain discussed with the Minister of Finance all ways to resolve the tax problems of lawyers, stressing the importance of establishing clear and fair mechanisms to ensure that the tax problems of lawyers are addressed in order to achieve professional stability and safeguard the rights of lawyers.
For his part, the Minister of Finance stressed the Ministry ' s interest in cooperating with the Bar Association to solve all tax problems of lawyers, oriented towards the beginning of the work of the Committee established next week, to develop appropriate perceptions and solutions to end the tax problems of lawyers as soon as possible.
The meeting was attended by Rasha Abdalal, Head of the Tax Department, Professor Abdel Majid Harun, Secretary of the Bar Fund, Professor Jaber, member of the Board of the Bar Association, and Professor Ibrahim Abdulhalem, Tax Registry Officer of the Bar Association.
