The Egyptian Company for Credit Inquiry «iscore» The 9th Arab Conference on Information Security, held in Cairo on September 7-8 «The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Cyber Defense»With broad participation from decision makers and experts in the fields of cybersecurity and digital transformation.
During the conference, I reviewed «iscore» Its role in developing products and services compatible with the highest international standards in the field of cybersecurity, enabling banks and financial institutions to operate confidently and flexibly in an economy undergoing rapid digital transformation, especially in light of the large volume of data available to the company, which requires insurance of the highest degree of security, which is part of the digital infrastructure of the country.
The products and services offered by iscore are highly capable of protecting data and enhancing the financial sector’s ability to meet increasing challenges, while providing innovative solutions that support credit decisions securely and transparently, establishing customer confidence and enhancing financial inclusion.
The Egyptian Company for Credit Inquiry «iscore» On the last day of the conference, the award was received by Sionara Al Asmar, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the company.
The conference featured panel discussions and workshops on key topics such as industrial cybersecurity, cybercrime, digital identity protection, big data security and critical infrastructure protection strategies.
The event also saw the launch of the Arab Security Cyber WarGa tournament. The mes Championship, which included simulations of realistic scenarios of advanced cyber attacks, with the participation of local, regional and international teams, in order to raise the efficiency of specialized cadres and refine their skills.
The conference was attended by prominent personalities, including Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Ahmed Khattab, Director of the National Institute of Communications, Dr. Sherif Hazem Noureddine, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank for Cybersecurity, and Engineer Walid Zakaria, Vice President of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority for Cybersecurity, as well as Arab and international experts, diplomats and representatives of regional and international institutions.
