Egypt’s financial markets witnessed on Wednesday 10 September 2025 a state of relative stability in the exchange rates of the US dollar against the Egyptian pound. The value of the dollar in the National Bank of Egypt was 47.97 pounds for purchase and 48.07 pounds for sale.
At Banque Misr, prices were identical, with the dollar registering 47.97 pounds for purchase and 48.07 pounds for sale. The average price of the dollar against the pound was 48.15 pounds for purchase and 48.29 pounds for sale.
At CIB, the dollar continued to register 47.93 pounds for purchase and 48.06 pounds for sale.
