Dr. Mohamed Abdalgni, Captain of Engineers, was inaugurated with his weekly meetings, which was devoted to receiving engineers with complaints or personal requests concerning various trade union services, both in health care, pensions and others, to examine and resolve these problems, with officials of the competent departments present during the meeting to work towards their immediate resolution.
The meeting was widely attended by engineers, who presented a number of personal problems and complaints, particularly with regard to pensioners, health care and sickness benefits.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Mustafa Abu Zeid, member of the Supreme Council, director of the General Union and officials of the health care and trade union sectors, housing in the Public Union to ensure that all administrative and service obstacles are overcome immediately and that all complaints of engineers are resolved as soon as possible.
The meeting was extended for more than three hours, during which the captain of engineers heard complaints from participants in the meeting concerning health care, sickness benefits and pensions, and the captain of engineers issued directives to officials of trade unions, to move immediately and solve the problems posed by engineers.
The meeting also addressed several trade union issues, including: trade union investments, the need to account for their assets, ways to increase the yield of engineering language, the amendment of the Trade Union Act, the training of engineers and interest in creative engineers, the handling of supervisory and probation brokers, the accelerated application of digital transformation, the association of sub-unions with the public trade union, the operationalization of legal discipline and the establishment of new engineer cemeteries
During the meeting, Dr. Mohamed Abdalgni, Captain of Engineers, categorically confirmed that the share of the trade union in the company was 30% and was not compromised, that the company ' s capital had not increased and said: " My main task is to protect and develop the investments of the trade union, which is essentially the money of 1 million engineers, headed by 200,000 fellows, who receive monthly pensions, rights which will not be overlooked and will not be compromised. "
Abdalgni blocked the way to rumors, asserting that no final decision on the Yoton crisis would be taken until the approval of the General Assembly of Engineers, stressing that all the reported holding of a public association of the company during the current April was not true.
On the solutions offered, the Captain noted that, in the light of the developments in the situation, a comprehensive study of all alternatives would be undertaken to achieve the best means of investing in the union in Utun, and the results would be presented to the General Assembly for whatever it deems appropriate and the common good.

وواصل نقيب المهندسين: أن نفس هذه المنهجية سيتم تطبيقها فيما يخص استثمارات النقابة الأخرى مثل أرض بدر وأرض “سيتي ستارز”، حيث سيكون هناك دراسة لكل البدائل المتاحة، والقرار النهائي بشأنهما للجمعية العمومية، مشددا على التزامه المطلق بتنفيذ قراراتها.
وحول تنفيذ برنامجه الانتخابي الذي طرحه خلال الانتخابات الأخيرة، أكد “عبد الغني” التزامه التام بتنفيذه، موضحا أنه يمتلك استراتيجية متكاملة سيعرضها على المجلس الأعلى للنقابة في اجتماعه الأول لترجمتها إلى أفعال. ورحب بإضافة أية أفكار تحقق صالح المهنة والمهندسين والنقابة، قائلاً: “في النهاية سيكون أمامنا مشروع كبير سنعمل جميعا على تحقيقه”
و شدد الدكتور محمد عبدالغني على ضرورة الالتزام التام بنصوص القانون في تشكيل هيئات مكاتب النقابات الفرعية، مؤكدا الالتزام بصحيح القانون. وكشف عن إعداد النقابة العامة “نظام حوكمة إداري” سيطبق على النقابة العامة والنقابات الفرعية لضمان تقديم أفضل خدمات للمهندسين.
وعن تطوير خدمات الرعاية الصحية، أشار نقيب المهندسين إلى وجود أكثر من مقترح للتطوير سيتم عرضها على المجلس الأعلى للنقابة.
وحول قانون النقابة، حسم “عبدالغني” الأمر مؤكدا أن النقابة لن تقدم أي مقترح جديد للتعديل، وإذا تقدمت بأي مقترحات جديدة بخصوص تعديل القانون سيكون بعد دراسة مستفيضة وإعداد جيد وعرضها على الجمعية العمومية أولا، مشيرا إلى أنه تقدم للبرلمان بمقترح قبل 11 عاما، وهناك مشروع قانون مقدم من الحكومة، وحتى الآن لم يخرج إلى النور.
وأكد ” عبدالغني” أنه يولي تدريب المهندسين اهتماما كبيرا، واعدا بأن يكون تدريبا مؤسسيا منهجيا، خاصة وأنه أحد أهم وسائل مواجهة البطالة التي يعاني منها المهندسين.
واختتم نقيب المهندسين تصريحاته بالتأكيد على حرصه على تطوير جميع أندية المهندسين، معلنا عن قرب طرح مقابر جديدة للمهندسين بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر.
