
The General Assembly of the International Trade Bank (CIB) announced the formation of the new Board of Directors of the Bank for the period from March 2026 to March 2029. The Board includes Nevin Sabour as Chairman of the Non-Executive Governing Council and Hiham Azz al-Arab as Executive Chairman.
Members of the Governing Council:

– Hisham Azz al-Arab, Executive Chairman
– Amr El Genani – Deputy Executive Chairman
– Islam Zakri – Chairman of the Financial Sector and Operations of the Group
Non-Executive Members:
– Fadel Abdelakal – a representative of the Alpha Orx Limmed
- Aziz Mulji, a representative of Alfa Orx Limmed.
- Hédi Mansour Al-Sakalani - Independent non-executive member
– Jaweed Ahmed Mirza – an experienced non-executive member
– Borchard Equis – independent non-executive member
– Giorgios Aangnostopolis – independent non-executive member
– Tanvi Bravo Tochandra – independent non-executive member
This configuration is part of the Bank ' s strategy to strengthen operational and non-operational leadership, and to ensure continuity of diverse expertise to manage Bank operations and continue to grow in domestic and international markets.
