A criminal court appeals terrorism held in the Badr court complex today, the retrial of five defendants accused of taking over the leadership of a terrorist group founded contrary to the provisions of the law and the Constitution, in the case known as the "media cell."
The session is chaired by Advisor Hamada El Sawy and members of Advisors Mohammed Ammar, Rafat Zaki and Dr. Ali Amara, Mohammed Al Said Secretariat.
The Supreme State Security Prosecution had ordered the referral of the case to the competent criminal court of the Cairo Court of Appeal to punish the accused in accordance with the provisions of the indictments contained in the referral decision, and charged the accused and others previously sentenced on charges of joining a terrorist group and charged some of them with financing a terrorist group.
