The General Association of Health Sciences values the proactive and regulatory actions taken by the Egyptian State, represented in the Ministry of Labour, in preparation for a new trade union democratic wedding at the 2026-2030 trade union.
The Public Information Centre of the General Association of Health Sciences confirmed that the union, headed by Ahmed Mr. Al-Dabeki, Captain General, and the Board of Directors of the Union, had been most grateful and appreciated by the leadership of the electoral process, headed by the Minister of Labour, Mohamed Jibraan, which was making a real breakthrough in the introduction of the Digital Transformation and the electronic platform in election management, thus ensuring the highest standards of transparency and procedural justice.
The Union stresses that the Minister ' s interest in inviting trade union organizations to participate in facilitating proceedings, in the presence of the Minister ' s advisers to the affairs of trade union organizations and a representative of the International Labour Organization, is to ensure that the electoral process is conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

A message for the children of healthy sciences.
Ahmed Al-Dabeki, Captain General of Health Sciences, addressed a message to the members of the Union throughout the Republic, saying: " The children of the healthy sciences, your union is your immune fortress, your voice is the key to completing the process of defending your rights, improving your working environment, and that the 2026 elections will be historic in their digital organization.

He urged members to follow up on seminars and awareness events organized by the Ministry and trade unions, in order to identify candidate procedures, elect under full judicial supervision and protect their voices.
The Captain of Health Sciences stressed the need to provide an honourable picture of the ballot. The Egyptian trade union movement is part of the image of the State. Discipline in this entitlement is a message to the world, providing the highest degree of transparency and commitment.
ولفت إلى أن انتخابات 2026 ليست مجرد إجراء تنظيمي، بل هي تجديد لشرعية التمثيل العمالي، كما أن الالتزام بالقانون ومعايير منظمة العمل الدولية، هو المسار الآمن لحماية استقرار المنظمات النقابية، كأحد أعمدة التوازن الاجتماعي في الدولة المصرية الحديثة.
