Engineer Mahmoud Arafat - Secretary-General of the Engineers ' Union, is keen to participate in the activities of public associations of the Engineering Division.
During his speech at the General Assembly of the Division of Electrical Engineering, he was pleased to be present at the first public association of the trade union ' s engineering people, stressing his pride in the electrical division and his gratitude for its supporting role in the development of the union ' s digital switching system, pointing out that the idea of digital transformation had come from a firm conviction that the Engineers ' Union should be at the top of the administrative sub-digiversity and finances.
As soon as this file began, meetings had been held with the Advisory Committee of the Electrical Engineering Division, which had made a considerable effort to produce a special technical code and had been completed until the contract signature phase, emphasizing that the contractor would develop the entire digital infrastructure of the Union, saying, " In parallel with the development of the infrastructure, it was necessary to modernize the equipment, which was handled by the Electric Division by reviewing the code " .
The Secretary-General of the Union reviewed the enterprise resource management system file (ERP), both at the financial level and human resources management, of the public trade union and sub-union, explaining that the system would have a great impact on the governance of all financial operations, where all financial resources would be managed and controlled through a unified system, and that the system had been contracted and was currently in implementation.
وفيما يتعلق بالمنصة الرقمية أوضح المهندس محمود عرفات أنها تتضمن ثلاث شرائح رئيسية، الأولى موجهة لكافة المواطنين الراغبين في التعرف على معلومات عن النقابة، والثانية خاصة بالشق المعلوماتي، بينما تركز الشريحة الثالثة على تقديم الخدمات الكترونيا، معرباً عن طموحه لإتاحة جميع الخدمات للمهندسين إلكترونيا، معتبراً أن تقليل التردد على مقر النقابة يعد مؤشراً حقيقياً للنجاح. وأكد أن المرحلة الأولى ستوفر نحو 24 خدمة إلكترونية، على أن يتم استكمال باقي الخدمات خلال المرحلتين الثانية والثالثة، مختتما كلمته بالتأكيد على أن جميع الإجراءات المطلوبة، تم اتخاذها والتصديق عليها، داعياً مجلس النقابة القادم إلى دعم هذا التوجه والبناء على ما تم إنجازه، بما يضمن أن تكون نقابة المهندسين في صدارة النقابات المهنية في مجال التحول الرقمي.
فيما أبدى خلال كلمته في فعاليات الجمعية العمومية لشعبة الهندسة الكيميائية والنووية، عن سعادته وفخره لكونه ابنًا من أبناء شعبة الهندسة الكيميائية والنووية، موضحًا أنه يُقال إنها شعبة صغيرة، إلَّا أنها مؤثرة في الاقتصاد الوطني وفي مجالات عديدة.. وعبَّر “عرفات” عن سعادته بالفترة التي قضاها في النقابة، قائلًا: “الجميع يعمل داخل النقابة بمنتهى الضمير، ودون أي مصلحة شخصية”، مضيفًا: “لو قصّرنا في بعض الأمور، فمن المؤكد أنه غير مقصود، ونتمنى للمجلس القادم كل التوفيق”.. وفي ختام كلمته، وجَّه الأمين العام، الشكر لمجلس الشُّعبة على الجهد المبذول خلال الفترة الماضية، مؤكدًا أن العمل النقابي يتسع للجميع، مرشحين وغير مرشحين.
