The Egyptian Post announced on Sunday, January 18, that electronic registration will be made available to citizens under the old rental law "Alternative Housing" through 500 post offices covering the whole of the Republic, in the framework of facilitating citizens and providing government services in an organized and safe manner.
The Egyptian Post confirmed that the application is limited in the first stage to customers who have an active account on the digital platform of Egypt, where the data of applicants are verified electronically through the platform, to ensure the accuracy of data and speed of completion of procedures, provided that the service of creating and activating a new account for the customer on the digital platform of Egypt through post offices at a later stage.
The Egyptian Post also explains that the post offices participating in the provision of the service will work during the evening until 6 pm, in order to allow the largest possible number of citizens to benefit from the service.
Egyptian Post calls on citizens wishing to apply to ensure that there is an active account on Egypt’s digital platform before going to the designated post offices to provide the service to ensure that the service is performed quickly and accurately.
