The Central Unit for Civil Work at the Ministry of Social Solidarity has started to form teams of workers in the departments of associations at the level of the Republic within the framework of a broad development strategy that works to raise the efficiency of workers in the departments of associations at the governorate level through specialized training programs to provide better service and modernize the digital structure and strengthen the mechanisms of control and follow-up.
In this context, Mr. Amr Hosni, head of the Central Unit for NGOs, said that the tests were held, and the most efficient elements are currently being selected to form these teams, where tests and interviews were conducted for nearly 300 individuals, to choose the best elements to train them on the best practices and the latest mechanisms of work, by the leaders of the Central Unit for Associations and Civil Action.
He added that these teams will work to achieve efficiency and speed in the implementation of all matters related to associations and the speed of responding to complaints or problems related to the work of associations, including, for example, reports required urgently in a professional manner and data on the work of the Central Unit, including with regard to the procedures of establishment and activity and licenses to raise money, foreign grants and internal control and governance procedures for civil society organizations, and procedures for customs exemption of associations, and others, to achieve the completion of tasks in record time.
