The institutes of the Higher Valley Institutes were established in 2006 to provide integrated education in line with labour market requirements. Our institution includes a high management, finance, information systems and an engineering and technology institute, focusing on periodic updating of curricula and integrating practical applications into our programmes. We believe that the educational process is not limited to academic curricula.

The Higher Valley Institute of Finance and Information Systems (HIFI) seeks to develop scientifically and professionally qualified human personnel in science and trade, and administrative information systems that are competitive in the local, regional and scientific labour market, especially in the community, through high-quality educational programmes.
