In our society, corrupt relationships that lead to the destruction of trust and the further suffering of the worst and most damaging relationships are the ones that constitute illegal and suspicious alliances between the various parties in order to achieve personal gains at the expense of a simple citizen. These alliances are not limited to one area but vary among several sectors.
One of the worst possible examples of citizens in Egypt is the corrupt relationships between some doctors, the analysts, ray centres and pharmacies, which are often based on illegal financial interests, aimed at the immoral exploitation of patients.
Where the story begins when the patient is directed to a particular laboratory or radiation centre not based on the actual patient ' s need, but because of undeclared agreements that guarantee the doctor financial commissions, when the patient arrives at the lab or centre, it finds that he is required to conduct unnecessary or expensive tests, and eventually the pharmacist or health centre receives his share of this suspicious alliance while the patient is often in a difficult economic situation.
These practices not only waste money, but also delay correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment, increasing the suffering of patients and exacerbating their health status. The problem is not limited to doctors or health institutions, but also to the role of pharmaceutical companies and pharmacies that promote unnecessary or fraudulent medicines for illegal profits at the expense of citizens ' health.
Election periods
In addition, corrupt relationships go beyond the health sector to reach politics during elections, some seek to manipulate the will of the electorate through illegal alliances between some businessmen and politicians, where the purchase of votes for money or promises of services leads to false results that serve the interests of a few at the expense of the entire people.
When corrupt relations dominate the electoral process in many sectors, where incompetent or unqualified persons are chosen to take office, leading to the deterioration of public services, weak government performance and over time, there is a frustration among citizens who feel that their voices are irrelevant and that the political and economic future is dominated by a few while the rest of society is marginalized.

نتيجة لهذا التخطيط السيئ يواجه القطاع الحكومي حالة من التدهور في الأداء حيث يعمل الموظفون غير الأكفاء في المناصب الحساسة مما يؤثر على جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين وتزداد معاناة المواطن الذي يجد نفسه في مواجهة بيروقراطية غير فعالة تؤدي إلى تعطيل المصالح وتأخير الإجراءات التي قد تكون حاسمة في حياته اليومية.
فالعلاقات الفاسدة تؤدي إلى تهديدات متعددة على مستوى المجتمع حيث تخلق بيئة من انعدام الثقة عندما يشعر المواطن أن كل شيء قابل للتلاعب بالمال والعلاقات الشخصية ينشأ نوع من الإحباط الاجتماعي ويزداد الفساد بشكل تدريجي في جميع مجالات الحياة.
تدهور النظام الطبي
في القطاع الصحي يؤدي الفساد إلى تدهور النظام الطبي بشكل عام المريض يستغل بدلا من أن يعالج كما تزداد الأعباء الاقتصادية عليه أما في الانتخابات، فالفاسدون يعطون صورة خاطئة عن العملية الديمقراطية ما يؤدي إلى ضعف المشاركة الشعبية وفي المصالح الحكومية يؤدي الفساد إلى ضعف الأداء الإداري مما يعطل مسيرة التنمية ويزيد من الفوارق الاجتماعية.
فالعلاقات الفاسدة ليست مجرد حالة عابرة يمكن التغاضي عنها بل هي مشكلة بنيوية تؤثر على جميع نواحي الحياة إنها تؤدي إلى تخطيط سيئ يزيد من تفشي المخاطر والأزمات في مختلف القطاعات لتحقيق التغيير يجب أن نبدأ بمحاربة الفساد على جميع المستويات من خلال تحسين الشفافية وتشجيع المساءلة والمحاسبة والعمل على بناء مجتمع يضع مصلحة الجميع فوق أي مصالح شخصية.
وإن ما تشهده مصر من محاولات للتطور والتحسين في مختلف المجالات يعود في جزء كبير منه إلى التوجيه الحكيم للقيادة السياسية التي تسعى جاهدة إلى معالجة التحديات والمخاطر والحد من الفساد ورغم وجود بعض هذه المخاطر التي قد تؤثر سلبًا على الحياة اليومية للمواطن إلا أن الإرادة السياسية واضحة في دفع عجلة الإصلاح ومكافحة الفساد بكل أشكاله إن إرساء أسس الشفافية وتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية من أولويات القيادة مما يفتح آفاقا جديدة نحو مستقبل أكثر استقرارًا وتقدما.
